We not only supply complete turbocharers,but also supply turbocharger components.Blueboost turbocharger features:
1,Turbochargers and Cartridges are assembled on semi-automatic assembly lines,Poka-Yoka design;
2. 100% actuator calibration;
3. 100% Air leakage test whose maximum is set at 15L/min.
4.Turbo Technics is used as the balancing machine. The standard to trim balance is 0.5 mg per unit at RPM 80, 000-150, 000. Our standard is above the OE standard, which is usually 1mg.

Electric Parts

We have one professional manufacturer for Speed Sensor and Nox Sensor from China, we have advanced equipment for production and test, and a strict quality control system, to make sure all of our products are of superior quality. Blueboost Sensors feature as below:
1. All of our sensors are tested for high temperature resistance, speed and performance before shipment; 
2.Our products can resist up to 800 degree temperature, and speed can deyect up to 500,000 cycle per minutes, and we will alwaysbe available to research and develop advanced technology with the  customer together.
